The programme is designed to fit around a busy lifestyle.
Most sessions take around 30 minutes, and you can complete them at times that suit you — making it realistic for work, family, and everything else life throws at you. It takes 8 weeks to complete the challenge.
No — we focus on simple, sustainable nutrition habits rather than extreme dieting.
You’ll receive guidance to help you make better food choices, improve energy levels, and support fat loss without cutting out the foods you enjoy.
Most participants notice improvements in fitness, strength, energy levels, mental health and body composition by week 4.

The initial and final sessions with your physiotherapist on your ReGener8 Challenge will be in person at Ropergate Physio Clinic in Pontefract. After this you will be given your plan to follow for the 8 weeks between sessions with advice and assistance available as needed.
